Last updated on AUGUST 25, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the 23C upgrade, The Net Pay amount displayed on the Person Result page may show a multiplied value for employees with multiple assignments under the same Tax Reporting Unit (TRU).

For instance, if an employee possesses two assignments with the same Tax Reporting Unit and a Net Pay amount of $1000, the Person Process Result might erroneously exhibit it as $2000.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect the net pay value showing in the Statement of Earnings to reflect on Person Results UI

STEPS
-----------------------

1. My client groups > Payroll > Person Results
2. Search for any employee with more than 1 assignment under the same TRU
3. Observe that Net Pay Amount showing under the QuickPay or Payroll Calculation is multiplied by the number of assignments
