Goal

We created a user that has been assigned a program manager role, to which the necessary privileges were added as described in

 When we try to create a program via the projects -> programs -> create program -> start navigation, we are running into two different issues. The first is that we cannot invite members in step 2, where no data appears in the search tab. Additionally, the following error pops up: "Error. We can't connect to the application right now". The second is that in step 3, we can search for projects and see them, but we cannot add them. Saving the project and clicking on the 'done' button redirects to the front page without creating the project.

It is about the role XXGR Projecten - Programma Manager (XXGR_PJF_PROJECTEN_PROGRAMMA_MANAGER_JOB) assigned to test user test.
