QTY_REQUESTED on RTV_DETAIL Table Shows as 0 After Upgrading to 19.3.019 (Doc ID 2970251.1)

On: MFCS/RMS 19.3.019 version


Actual Behavior
---------------

The RTV created with ORIGIN_IND as “EXTGEN” has only the QTY_RETURNED field populated at the time of RTV message integration, and QTY_REQUESTED is Zero.

There is no issue, but all other postings, like SOH, TRAN_DATA posting, etc., are working as usual. Only the QTY_REQUESTED field is populating as Zero.


Expected Behavior
-----------------------
Before the upgrade to 19.3.019, the QTY_REQUESTED showed the actual QTY requested.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Create and publish the RTVCre payload via SOAP UI/other tools.
2. Verify RTV is created in RMS.
3. Check the QTY_REQUESTED on the RTV_DETAIL table as '0'.
