On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Payables
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Two expense items are created with same gross amount ie., 2000 each in same expense report and same tax rate has been used 5.76% for both. System is calculating tax amount as 108.93 for one item and 108.92 for the other expense item even if the tax rate is the same.
Even when all the values are same - the system is calculating tax amount differently.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The tax amount should be the same.

Due to this issue, users cannot calculate tax correctly.
