Learning Section Is Not Appearing In Development Goal (Doc ID 2970359.1)

Symptoms

Learning region is missing in below adding development goal page.

1. Managers to add development goals for his subordinates from My Team > Career Overview/ My team > Click the "..." button of one of their subordinates to select Add Development Goal, there is no learning.

2. HR add development goals to populations during a talent review meeting

3. Create development goals in development goal library.

4. HR mass assign development goals in My Client Group > Career Development > Setup of Development Goals Mass Assignment > add development goal

5. Add development goal from Career Development > Explore role page
