Symptoms

Document designer doesn't support Vietnamese language.
This causes inconsistent behavior when trying to translate a doc designer template into Vietnamese and getting the below error when previewing it.

The Language Code '10X | Vietnamese [Vietnam]' does not exist or is not supported by this site.
