Upload Fails when Transferring Assets using the OCM Toolkit (Doc ID 2970714.1)

Symptoms

Users are finding issues with transferring assets from one environment to another environment.

The commands we are running are the following:

cec download-content <Channel> -s <Source> -q "type eq \"Asset Type\""

cec upload-content <Channel> -r <Target> -p -f "C:\Users\totem\Documents\Totem\Oracle\service-web\src\content\source\ContentItems\Asset Type" -s <Target> -c <Channel> -b

 

The download from the source is successful, but the upload to the target fail with the error: "ERROR: failed to publish content"
