Goal

Why is a job returning the following error? The healthcheck shows all UnknownHostException.

Job Status: Error
Reason: This Job has not yet started as it wasn't submitted to the Job Admin. The Execution Engine request 1211, is currently in state ERROR.
Resolution: Please reach out to the Oracle support team, for further investigation.

The error details for the JOB shows: Job Admin call failed: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.UnknownHostException: NA.
