Create Lease Error on Supplier Site Length "Value XXX for field VendorSiteCode exceeds maximum length" (Doc ID 2970808.1)

When attempting to create leases for some suppliers with Supplier Sites > 15 characters the following error occurs.

Value XXXXXX for field VendorSiteCode exceeds maximum length


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Purchasing: enabled feature in 23A to lengthen Supplier Sites from 15 to 240 characters, as seen in Note 2816916.1
2. Navigate to Lease Accounting->Lease and create a lease.
3. In Create Payment, select supplier and applicable site:  Error spawns "Value XXX for field VendorSiteCode exceeds maximum length"
