ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transfer Shipping Label Report not showing data for multiple fields like FROM, TO, Label
After doing Store to WH shipment dispatch for RMS transfer, the report Transfer Shipping Label is not working properly and is missing multiple data sets.
The Transfer Shipping Label report is blank for not only Addresses but for other related fields as well like WH id, WH barcode, LABEL Type as well like previous test case
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Fields should not be missing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Store to Warehouse transfer request from RMS
2. Confirm the RTW transfer is integrated into SIOCS
3. Login to the Shipping store in SOCS
4. Navigate to transfer shipping
5. Select the document id and Dispatch the shipment
6. Login to EICS-Operations-Reports
7. Select Transfer shipping Label from the drop-down list, and enter the external id
8. Click on Download Report.
