Promo Induction Services Payload is not backward Compatible (Doc ID 2971008.1)

Promo rest API call fails with 500 internal server error after upgrading to 23.1.301. The payload is no longer backward compatible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a call to Promo induction Service.
2. Note it fails with 50o Internal Server error.

Upgrade to Pricing Cloud Services 23.1.301
