Line Item Attachments Not Transferring From Source Line Items to Destination Auto Created Records (Doc ID 2971039.1)

Records created through Auto Creation from a Line Item to a Business Process (BP) record do not include Line Item attachments in the Upper form. The option "Include Detail Form Attachments", with "Copy Line Item Attachments to Upper Form of the Record" are selected.


The Auto Created BP Records should include the Source BP record Line Item attachments in its Upper form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Shell > affected BP.
  3. Open BP record that has a Line Item with attachments.
  4. Click on Line Item tab.
  5. On appropriate Line Item, click on gear icon and select Create Now.
  6. Go to and open newly auto created BP record.
  7. Notice that Source Line Item attachments are not included in the Destination BP record Upper form Attachments tab.
