Goal

[Pre-CutOver DR][STAGE] - Disable/Enable UI User Access

As part of cutover steps for SIOCS Go-Live, we need to stop disable/enable User access to the UI, while seeding and loading data to SIOCS.

This client needs to:
- deactivate User access to the UI in all Merch apps

- at the end, once SIOCS is seeded, re-activate User access to the UI in all Merch apps

Activities need to be coordinated on the intended date, as part of Cutover Rehearsal. This is to simulate the Cutover steps for SIOCS GO-Live when both MERCH and SIOCS AMS team need to co-ordinate.
