ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot find an onboarding form, it seems to be missing

We have a few forms that are meant to be co-signed by an internal user. These forms look like they've been signed by the new employee, but when the internal user navigates to find form to view  it, the form is not found.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Internal User should be able to find the forms.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the co-signed document
