Oracle Retail Collect and Receive (CaR) Cloud Service provides premier delivery options, bringing together Oracle’s retail industry IP and cloud infrastructure with Uber’s extensive network of drivers and cutting-edge logistics technology to offer reliable and cost-effective same-day delivery services. Whether bookings are taken on the website, contact center, or in the retail store, CaR facilitates the booking of the Uber courier for the delivery of the package. Same Day Delivery transforms the Omnichannel experience by providing businesses with a fast, efficient, and cost-effective way to meet customers’ growing demand for faster delivery options.

Collect and Receive (CaR) Cloud Service resides within the Retail Data Store layer of the Oracle Retail footprint. Customers have an option of creating service requests in MOS Customer Portal or MOS Customer Cloud Portal against Oracle Retail Data Storage Cloud Service . This document provides guidelines on how to reports issues to Oracle Support to ensure they are routed to the appropriate Support team.
