Ex-employees visible as potential contacts on the primary point of contact fields

Issue: When creating an SR in Nextgen Helpdesk, the primary point of contact drop-down menu has ex-employees who no longer work at the organization. Is there a way to only have current employees with active statuses available as primary points of contact?

1. Log into the environment
2. Navigate to the HelpDesk Tab then, Create HR Help Desk Requests on the quick actions
3. Under the Primary Point of Contact, select the dropdown.
4. On this dropdown, there are person records that are inactive/terminated.

Is it possible to remove all the inactive person records from this list?
