BI Publisher Generate Empty Excel Report With Export Button From Interactive View (Doc ID 2971487.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Click the green download icon from the BIP Report interactive reviewer only shows header without content in the report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the complete content showing in the interactive view can be downloaded when using the green download icon.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Primavera cloud portal.
  2. Navigate to Supporting Application tile->Oracle BIP.
  3. Go to open one report which has Interactive view enabled.
  4. The report content shows complete in table interactive view with a green download button at the last column header.
  5. Click on the green download button to download the report.
  6. Only header info be downloaded without content rows.
