ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect timings when entries are loaded using HDL for Time Based Work Schedule
When Time Type schedules are used, entries are loaded using HDL without passing Start & End Times and the duration (just passing the dates); duration is getting loaded as per the Work Schedule, but timings are getting loaded as 12am-11:59pm instead of work schedule timings.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Absence should load according to shift timings.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logging in as Admin
2. Go to Data Exchange
3. Load HDL for Absence booking
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user's leave hours are incorrectly displayed.
