Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to delete salary,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The value of the attribute AssignmentId isn't valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Data exchange>Import and Load Data>Import File>Local File Browse>select zip file>Submit>Submit>OK

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete salary.
