Symptoms

DEV : CVR not working properly for Supplier Address

Custom Validation Rule (CVR) not working properly for Supplier Address.

We had a CVR that says for Supplier Address, STATE and POST fields are mandatory. When user missed to give these fields during supplier creation , CVR gets triggers and post that we are not able to navigate to the supplier address screen again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Version 23.1.204.4 or higher
1. Create a custom validation rule that says STATE and POST are mandatory for supplier address (Refer attachment)
2. MFCS -> Manage Supplier -> Select a supplier parent and create supplier site
3. In Address screen, do not enter STATE and POST details.
4. After filling all the details , when we try to "Save and Close" , we are getting error that STATE and POST is mandatory as per defined custom validation rule.
5. When we try to navigate to supplier address screen, CVR error keeps on Popping up and we are not able to open supplier address screen to correct the data
