Different Format For Date & Time Fields In Response Of Get Account Rest Call (Doc ID 2971942.1)

While checking the response of a GET call made for Account Object, it was observed that there is a difference in the format of the Date Fields.

As per https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/op-accounts-partynumber-get.html

CreationDate: string (date-time)
LastUpdateDate: string (date-time)

But for certain records, In the date and time field, it displays the Time stamp including the milliseconds ( yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.sssXX )

But some other records show time stamp without this millisecond part

"LastUpdateDate": "2023-08-29T04:20:11.001+00:00"
"LastUpdateDate": "2023-08-29T04:20:11+00:00"
