Symptoms

When trying to setup the Microsoft Teams integration for Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), the following error appears:

The client id or secret you have entered are incorrect

 

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Configure External Providers
  2. Scroll down to the section "Virtual Led Instructor Training" and select "Configure" for Microsoft Teams.
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click Validate.
  5. Error appears.
