Symptoms

STG_SI_ATTR_JOB is failing for ATTR.csv file load.  POM log error:

 

Checking the data values for ATTR_TYPE_CODE, all values are LV on the ATTR.csv as defined in the RAP Implementation Guide's "Data File Generation" section for list of values.
