When trying to send a Cost type Business Process record which utilizes Commitment Funding Validation through the Terminal Status:

Expected Result

When the Commitment Funding Validation conditions are met; the record should pass through the Terminal Status without incident.

When the Commitment Funding Validation conditions are NOT met; a Fund Assignment Validation window should pop up indicating an Error(s) with the applicable error detail under the 'Error Message' section.

Actual Result

When the Commitment Funding Validation conditions are met; the record passes through the Terminal Status without incident.

When the Commitment Funding Validation conditions are NOT met; a Fund Assignment Validation window pops up indicating an Error(s) - however there is no error detail in the 'Error Message' section.
