Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to run an existing agent in Agent Management, or viewing the Agents report from the Metrics Portal, the agent shows the following error:

Exceeded max concurrent instances of scheduled job. Max limit is 1.

 

When running the agent in edit mode in Agent Management, a warning indicating one or more fields have an error will display, followed by the error:
