Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Performance Management

When attempting to perform manager evaluation of the worker the following error occurs. ORA-01722: invalid number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigator > My Team > Performance > Select Employee> Performance Document > Questionnaire Section

Changes

 ERROR LOG : Caused by: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT EvalSectionEO.EVAL_SECTION_ID
