Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agents Becoming Disabled

Symptoms
Problem Description:
In Agent Management, agents that were enabled and running on schedule are now showing as disabled:
- Navigate to the agent in Agent Management and select it from the list
- In the Preview pane for the agent, note that the Next Run information is not shown, indicating that the schedule is not active
- When floating over the Enable/Disable Agent button, it shows as Enable Agent, also indicating the agent is currently disabled and needs to be enabled
If the agent has become disabled and you are unable to determine the cause, wait to re-enable the agent and log a Service Request with Oracle Taleo Reporting Support for further investigation.
