Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Redwood Learning Experience Not Displaying Correctly and ESS Job is Failing (Doc ID 2972814.1)

Symptoms

After enabling the Redwood Learning Experience, the Redwood tabs "Required Learning, Current Learning, Completed learning and Learning History" are not displayed or are empty.

When trying to run the job "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with the parameter fa-hcm-learningitem to try to fix this issue, the job is ending in an error with the following message in the job logs:

FndOSCSIndexIngestESS execution logEntering execute of FndOSCSAvailabilityESS jobFetching parameters: isP2TJobFetching parameters: Index Name for recreateParameters indexName :::: fa-hcm-learningitemSearch Extension Profile Option Not Enabled
