On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Outlook contact email is not being compared to OSC OOTB email

The add-in is not finding contacts in Oracle Sales. Contact on email is a Contact in Sales Cloud.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contact in Sales Cloud Displayed on side panel

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compose new email
2. Add Email of Sales Cloud Contact on the TO field of email
3. Side Panel does not find Contact in Sales Cloud
