Fusion Global HR: DFFs Are Showing Up Blank for Few Employees While Adding Specific Document Records (Doc ID 2972864.1)

On : version, Global Human Resources

Document Type "ABC" has DFFs enabled. For this document type, in the DFF setup, few DFFs have SQL query added to default value fetched from a specific lookup type.

While adding this document for few employees, all the DFFs are showing blank with no values.


Go to My Client Groups>Document Records>search for affected person

Click on Add button>select Document Type ABC

The page is loaded with the fields but the DFFs do not populate with default values.
