Symptoms
++ Customer is performing backup to object storage which was failing with below errors :
Exception [type: SIGIOT, unknown code] [ADDR:0xB500007B42] [PC:0x3020A324F5, gsignal()+53] [exception issued by pid: 31554, uid: 181] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /opt/oracle/dw/diag/rdbms/dw/DW/trace/DW_ora_31554.trc (incident=28475958):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [gsignal()+53] [SIGIOT] [ADDR:0xB500007B42] [PC:0x3020A324F5] [unknown code] []

++ Even sbttest was failing :
[oracle@test_server arch001]$ sbttest version -libname /opt/oracle/dw/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/lib/libopc.so
The sbt function pointers are loaded from /opt/oracle/dw/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/lib/libopc.so library.
