Symptoms

1. User wanted to see only Responsive UI quick actions on 'My Client Groups' tab (or any other tab) without clicking 'Show more' option, so all the Apps menu were made 'Not visible' through structures.

2. This made the complete 'My Client Groups tab' (or any other tab where changes made) to completely disappear

All Apps menu on My Clients Group was made 'Not visible' through structures
