Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to Add Pending Worker,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000116754466 2023-08-24 4712-12-31 ].


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Add Pending Worker > approve > error
