ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If there is Location Calendar setup with Overrides for "Don't Perform" activities on a given date, the expectation is that activity should not happen.

Performing Show Routing Options calculates Shipment Dates as expected however running Bulk Plan, and the Shipment date is calculated incorrectly in the Location that is closed as per Activity Calendar.
