Symptoms
Unable to merge Supplier Sites due to the following error:
ERROR

The from supplier site {FROM_SUPPLIER_SITE} and to supplier site {TO_SUPPLIER_SITE} have different site purposes and can't be merged. (POZ-2130102)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement > Suppliers
2. Select Task > Merge Suppliers
3. Click on Action > Add Row
4. Enter the following:
From Supplier:
From Supplier Site:
To Supplier:
To Supplier Site:
Transfer Options:
5. Click Submit
