Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payroll Validation Report (PVAR) output has additional line at the bottom of the txt file (last line in the output file) which is not in the correct format and is not an error or warning for a specific employee record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PVAR output to include relevant data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll> Submit a flow.
2. Run Payroll Validation Archive Report for UK.
3. Review output file.
