How To Move Recently Modified Items Into a Workset Using The REST API (Doc ID 2973700.1)

One can use the AdminUI to move recently updated assets, in the publishing queue, into a specific workset. The steps are fairly straight forward where you,

1. Click on the check box next to the asset
2. Then click on the move icon 
3. Select the workspace which you would like to move the asset into

However, it is not as clear how to use the REST APIs to perform a similar action
