FA:SCM:FDC : FDC Module Does Not Update Information Regarding Changes Performed In The PO. (Doc ID 2973720.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 19, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

FDC Module does not update information back regarding changes performed in the PO once FDC is created and validated

Qn2:If a purchase order needs to be updated because some field was filled wrongly and then, the purchase user performs the respective correction in procurement module, such changes should be reflected once the FDC user presses the validation button in the invoice (nota fiscal) page, and such invoice is associated with the purchase order that was changed/updated.

The FDC module brings information of the procurement module only when the xml file is loaded in the system and associated automatically with one PO file.

The system does not update any PO update information into FDC once the xml file became a invoice (nota fiscal) in the "manage inbound fiscal documents" page.
