RMS-Xorder API Issue- Partner Values Are Setting It Null. (Doc ID 2973768.1)

Goal

RMS-Xorder API Issue- Partner Values are setting it null.

Have a purchase order with partner and shipping routes details, then if you try to modify only the shipping routes in payload and it's removing the partner details tags. In this case, the shipping routes are changing, however the partner details are getting null.
 
Client is pushing back to look at this as bug as there is consistency. Business has valid reasons -

1. Its not consistent across all API

2. Partner/shipping details is expected to come from shipping team who might not know other details and they can only pass the relevant information to them. Since PO has great impact on the trade management ELC - would request the functional team to look into this at different angle to give the fix.
