When attempting to update Tax Withholding Card for a specific employee 123456, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Management > query employee 123456 > Tax Withholding Card
2. Try to correct or make any changes and save it
3. See above error
