Unable to create a new Delivery Type of FTP using the Oracle Analytics Publisher

Unable to create a new Delivery Type of FTP using the Oracle Analytics Publisher for generating and redirecting reports to a location for consumption by other parties. While I am able to get to the Oracle Analytics Publisher Administration screen and am able to add sFTP details of the server where we want files to be dropped, the "Test Connection" button does not seem to be working at all. The application is not allowing me to save a Delivery Type without completing the Test Connection.

 

Steps tp reprtoduce

1. Go to Administration
2. Under Delivery Click on FTP
3. Create a profile with Host Name, Server name, secure FTP , user name and password
4. Click on Test Connection
