Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Under local language (Ex. Japanese) session, View Document History is inactive on Requisition line search result page frequently.

1.Navigate to Manage Order
2.Click requisition number of Purchase order header
3.Requisition line search page is opened and requisition number is derived to
order field automatically
4.Click search
5.Search Result Actions> View document history is inactive
6.Open Requisition and click ‘Done’ button and back to requisition line
search again. Then Actions> View document history is active.
This step is workaround

There is difference behavior between English session and Japanese Session.
Under English Session, it can show search result with requisition number after
clicking requisition number without clicking Search. So user can use Actions > View Document History on requisition UI directly.
It doesn't need to use View document history on search result.
But Japanese session need to do above step4:Click Search.
