Not Able To Scan BARCODES (Doc ID 2974073.1)

Symptoms

Several fieldĀ technicians reported that they are having issues scanning the barcodes while using the Android Mobile App. When scanning the barcode, they have to try several times, on average 4 times, in order for the scan to go through and get accepted. Sometimes they get an error message on the screen, as camera isn't initiated, other times the barcode scanned itself is wrong and doesn't match the actual code.

Due to this issue users cannot scan barcodes and can't complete activities, without several attempts to make it work.
