Symptoms

User defined a new additional Social Insurance element named "X" using the steps as per Oracle Fusion HRMS (Kuwait): Additional Social Insurance Implementation and Functional Considerations (Doc ID 2031407.1) and added the details into the calculation cards for an employee.
When attempting to run Quickpay the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
AFDICT_APP_PREFIX-PAY-1635252: The {ELEM_NAME element couldn't be successfully processed. (ETNAME=X_Calculator) .
AFDICT_APP_PREFIX-PAY-1635031: The X_SOC_INS_CALCULATOR processing formula couldn't be successfully processed.
FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT Context INSURANCE_TYPE wasn't set when used at line 68 of formula X_SOC_INS_CALCULATOR.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Quickpay.
2. Error occurs.
