Symptoms

When attempting to update the title of a program created by an employee that is no longer with the company, an error message is returned:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups -> Learning -> Programs
2. Search and edit an program created by a terminated employee
3. Error message returned when any attempt to change the title is made
