Symptoms
Issue:
When submitting an Help Desk SR in the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), four options are provided, Reply, Add New Message, Add Attachment, and Done. When selecting the "Add Attachment" the system doesn't provide a location to upload the document.
Navigation:
1. Open the ODA by clicking the ODA icon on the Home Screen
2. Under the greeting, scroll over to The Hub HR Help Desk and select, I want to update The Hub HR Help Desk request
3. Type some data and find an existing SR
4. Once you have an existing SR, click Update
5. When asked What do you want to update?, select Add Attachment
6. The ODA replies, Please upload your document but doesn't provide an area to upload that attachment.
Where should employees go to upload that attachment?
