User Is Able To Manually Edit Approval Date After IC Batch Was Approved (Doc ID 2974717.1)

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The system is allowing to change the Approval Date for an IC batch already approve and in Complete Status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should NOT be able to change any data after a batch is completed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an IC batch approved and in Complete status
2. Go to Inbound transaction details and review the batch, nothing is editable and there are NO options to edit any data
3. Go to Manage Intercompany Inbound Transactions ans search for the batch. User can edit the Approval date and override the actual approved date of the IC batch transaction.
4. Change the date
5. Same batch details now shows shown the new Approval Date
