When attempting to select payroll in calculate payroll process,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll - Submit a flow.
2. Submit a flow - Select calculate payroll process - Select Payroll - Error occurs.
