When Clicking On Mps Stage Message Tab From The Tasks Pane, Severe Error Occurs (Doc ID 2974988.1)

On : 23.2.301

After logging into EICS application and selecting MPS stage messages tab, the application throws an exception

"A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into EICS
2. Navigate to technical maintenance -> click on "MPS Staged Message" tab.
3. System throws the issue "A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator".

Note: The message families can be filtered and they all display except for DcsOrder and DcsTransfer as both of these also throw the error.
