Autonomous Database: Issue With Property Name Longer Than 29 Characters (Doc ID 2974996.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Autonomous database: issue with properties with names longer than 29 characters

Properties whose names exceed 29 characters experience the following problems:
1- When importing via the "Import" button, a warning message appears indicating that it is not possible to import these properties.
2- Adding properties whose names exceed 29 characters manually via the "Field" menu save successfully but later appear truncated. See screenshot attached.
3- In the Autonomous database, ADB or ADW, the name of the properties (columns) appear correctly, not truncated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The behavior to enforce the 29 character limit should be enforced throughout the application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment
2. Navigate to menu> configuration> properties> click the button Add New
3. Create a property with a name larger than 29 characters and save.
4. Navigate to Configuration> Applications> click on the Autonomous Database application
5. Click the 3 dots menu button next to the Property Fields> select Fields> and the property name is truncated to 29 characters.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know which field value name to use when creating integrations.
